In today’s world space is at premium therefore Optimum utilization of space is utmost important. The concept of Compactor Storage System is developed from this necessity only. We have further refined this concept by Storage Optimization of space utilization by developing a Double Face Common Back (DFCB) Compact FPC unit. The concept is explained by a sketch. A File Compactor unit of Double Face Common Back (DFCB) FPC consisting of 2 FPC with a common back (2x2). As the name suggest the unit has doors on both front and back, the depth also is reduced to suit the size of the files and save space which can accommodate more units. Two DFCB consisting of 4 FPCs are mounted on one trolley will move to and fro on tracks for easy movements and accessibility.
